Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of eidolonphenix.com and any purchase from Eidolon Phenix ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
2. Products. Our fragrances are cosmetic products for external use only. Scent perception varies from person to person and evolves on skin. Photos are styled for presentation, and bottles, colors and packaging may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
3. Safety. Perform a patch test before first use and stop using any product that causes irritation. Do not spray near eyes, on broken skin or near flame. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and direct sunlight.
4. Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If we list an item at an incorrect price or can't fulfill it, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders. Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it isn't acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale or quantities beyond normal personal use.
6. Payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds. Covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property. The Eidolon Phenix name, logo, fragrance names, label designs, photography and site content belong to Eidolon Phenix. Don't copy or reuse them without written permission.
9. Your conduct. Don't misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimer. The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.
11. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
