Refund & Return Policy

We want every Eidolon Phenix fragrance to arrive exactly as it should. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Unopened fragrances. You may return any unopened, unused fragrance in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Shipping Protection fees are not refunded once an order ships.

Opened fragrances. For hygiene and quality reasons, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed or used are final sale. The same applies to Discovery Sets once any vial has been opened. Not sure which scent is yours? The Discovery Set is the best way to find out before choosing a full size.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or not as ordered, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and cover any return postage.

How to start a return. Email eidolonphenix@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Shipping your return. Fragrance contains alcohol and must be returned by ground service. Unless your return is due to our error, return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Exchanges. We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations. You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
